PNCA Exquisite Scrolls Auction Catalog

  • Registration to bid online at pnca.edu/exquisitescrolls.com. Early registration begins May 5th. The online auction opens on May 18th at 9am and closes May 29th at 2pm. To bid, browse the auction catalogue to find the scroll you want to place a bid on and click the bid amount. The bidding amounts are set within the software and cannot be changed while bidding. If you are out bid, you will receive a notification and can log in and place another bid.  The highest bid at closing wins.  The highest bidder who thereupon assumes full risk and responsibility for payment thereafter.
  • Winning bidders will be notified when the auction closes, and payment will be charged to the credit card on file. The project coordinators will reach out to each winner to coordinate specific arrangements for delivery.
  • “Buy Now” is available from May 5th and closes May 28th at midnight.
  • All sales are final, bids once made may not be withdrawn, and there are no refunds.
  • In the event of any dispute between bidders, PNCA shall have sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, the PNCA sale records shall be conclusive in all respects.
  • PNCA assumes no risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity, value or authorship of any property identified in this catalog. PNCA reserves the right to withdraw any item before the actual sale.
  • All property is sold “as is” and no statement in the catalog or made at the sale, or elsewhere, shall be deemed such a representation or warrant or any assumption of liability by PNCA.
  • Merchandise values stated are good faith estimates by the donor.
